SapphiroScan™是全球领先的全自动蓝宝石表盖材料检测设备。SapphiroScan™扫描未经抛光的手表盖,准确呈现任何类型、尺寸和位置的缺陷。这项工艺全自动地快速进行,不需要抛光表面。存在缺陷的材料在研磨和抛光前被自动剔除,提高生产率。不同于手动质检,SapphiroScan™提供客观的质量控制,不再依赖于操作员。

工作原理

该设备检查未经抛光的蓝宝石,如腕表玻璃和晶片内部缺陷 – 包括泡沫和云 (见缺陷示例)。待检件从托盘中被全自动的提取、送检。检测结束后,合格件与不合格件(或按其他分类标准)被自动分类存放。

每件样品的数据被记录,为收集和分析样品缺陷统计数据提供了可能。

SapphiroScan™ 提供了几种质量控制方案,它们可以根据客户的要求来进一步定制:

排序模式。 快速原料分级,用于大规模生产或比较批次质量。根据客户的质量控制标准,自动标记缺陷样品每件,并分类存放。确保只有高品质的材料进一步被加工。允许制定多个质量控制规范。

 

断层扫描模式。 深度Z轴-扫描,为每一块样品构建3D模型。用于检测用来制造特定零件的材料,以及用于分析特定缺陷的形态。

 

3D优化模式。创建生产件的3D模型,精确成像内部缺陷。提供多种类型的3D建模选择。被检材料根据可用性分类存放。用于生产复杂形状产品,优化产量。

 

优点

 

蓝宝石厂商通常依靠肉眼进行质量测试以确定蓝宝石表盖的材料缺陷。相比而言,SapphiroScan™自动质量控制可以提供更高的精度、应用灵活性和成本效率。自动化测试与折射率匹配技术相结合,界定未抛光材料的质量缺陷。该技术使粗糙蓝宝石表面透明,从而可以不经抛光,对材料内部进行检查。

虽然这种方法是不是首创,但它通常过于昂贵的、复杂且不灵活。可视科学近期在软硬件上取得创新,通过计算机自动化控制,制造商得以确定未经抛光的胚料的缺陷参数,包括缺陷尺寸、形态和具体位置。这一切,都可以通过自动化检测。

从实用角度看,研磨、抛光的处理成本越高,客户通过对原料初步扫描实现的节省就越大。
