Scientific Visual is proud to announce the launch of the ‘GaNSpector’ project supported by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme to expand our technology to Gallium Nitride. The outcome will be a non-destructive inspection tool to reveal material defects in raw GaN crystals before processing.
